A Forum Theatre play by award-winning poet, lyricist & writer Kate Tempest. Touring London hostels, day centres, prisons & theatres in 2014.
"I was about to change my life, but then life changed me instead"
Glasshouse is a story about family and how hard it can be to keep loving. Three short stories take you into the minds of three members of the same family – fragile as any of us, people who’ve given up on their dreams. They fail to stay together and struggle to survive apart.
This is not theatre as you know it. Forum Theatre invites you to stop the action and change the outcome. Come watch to find out how.
Cardboard Citizens has been making life-changing theatre in and out of hostels and day centres for over 20 years. We employ actors with experience of homelessness to perform plays inspired by people we meet. We combine workshops and performance with information, advice and guidance, free and accessible to anyone with experience of homelessness.
Talk with the crew after the show and find out how you can join us!
