A Matter of Mind presents a lecture incorporating neuroscientific research on the impact of violence on the brain and the effect of Mindfulness as a potential coping strategy.

As a carer at home, for her depressed Dad and neglected younger sister, the weight of the world is on her shoulders. It's getting to be too much and the cracks are starting to show....
As exam day approaches the demands from family, friends, and school get bigger and bigger until Sam evenually explodes.
