Working with consciousness, Hit The Ground's Lateisha Davine Lovelace-Hanson invites you to embark on a highly exhilarating series of workshops through drama games, puppetry, movement and spoken word to generate a deep sense of self and social awareness, energy and openness.
Nurturing curiosity we will create space for our stories to be told in connection and solidarity, and taking inspiration from the birth, growth and journey of trees we will ask ourselves these questions to unlock our power, playfulness and story.
Roots: What grounds you to the moment?
Trunk: What do you connect with?
Branches: What are you reaching towards?
Blossoms: What do you create/free?
This workshop is for all the curious ones who want to be in their bodies and acknowledge how it makes them feel. For all the ones who want to participate in an energised and focused workshop that frees potential and liberates behaviour. For all the ones who want to challenge themselves to go within to feel powerful, positive and playful.
Roots, Branches, Trees is FREE and runs on Tuesday 31 January, 7 & 14 February from 6.30-9pm at Cardboard Citizens HQ.
Please note: These workshops are for Members only. For information on how to become a Member, click here.
